Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1. Payment Currency & Methods

1.1. All transactions on casccp.org are billed in the national currency of Kazakhstan — Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT, ₸).

1.2. Online transactions are safely acquired by Halyk Epay (JSC "Halyk Bank") via Visa, MasterCard cards worldwide with mandatory 3D Secure / Verified by Visa authentication.

2. Digital Delivery & Access Fulfillment

2.1. CASCCP services and memberships are purely intangible and digital. Physical parcel delivery or product exchange is not applicable.

2.2. Digital access to the Clinical Vault repository and Member Portal is provided automatically upon payment confirmation. Initial credential verification takes 1–3 business days.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund eligibility:

• Application rejection during medical credential review by the Secretariat: 100% full refund;
• Event cancellation by the organizer: 100% full refund;
• Written cancellation submitted at least 3 business days prior to an educational event.

3.2. Original Card Refund Rule: In compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and Halyk Bank regulations, refunds are returned strictly to the originating card used during the payment transaction. Cash refunds or third-party transfers are prohibited.

3.3. Processing Timeline: Secretariat processing takes up to 3 business days. Funds typically credit to the customer card within 3 to 14 banking days depending on the card-issuing bank.
