Preamble
This document represents an official public offer in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Public Association "Central Asian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology" (BIN 260640046468), hereinafter referred to as the "Society" or "CASCCP", to conclude an agreement on membership fee payment and digital scientific/educational services under the terms set forth below.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. CASCCP admits the Applicant to professional membership upon review of their medical credentials and provides access to digital services, while the Applicant agrees to pay the annual membership fee.
1.2. Membership includes a verifiable digital ID card with personal QR code, full access to the Clinical Vault repository, specialized clinical webinars, and preferential registration for international congresses.
2. Fees & Payment Terms
2.1. Annual membership fees approved by the Board:
- Full Member: 15,000 KZT per 365 calendar days;
- Resident / Trainee: 7,500 KZT per 365 calendar days.
2.2. All settlements are executed exclusively in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT).
2.3. Online payments are processed through Halyk Epay (JSC "Halyk Bank") using Visa and MasterCard cards with 3D Secure authentication.
3. Delivery & Refund Policy
3.1. Services are strictly digital. No physical shipping of goods is performed.
3.2. If an application is rejected during Secretariat moderation due to non-matching qualifications, the fee is fully refunded to the originating card via Halyk Epay within 3 to 14 business days.
